A circular animal enclosure with reddish-brown metal fencing on dusty ground, set against a backdrop of green trees, scattered buildings, and distant mountains under a clear blue sky.

Our Mission

I board my 2 Arabians with Griff @ JG Ranch. I love having my horses here! My boys are safe, happy and content. Griff is a wonderful host, with many years of knowledge & experience with horses. Having the arena and round pen available is a BIG plus for us! We are also within proximity to nearly all the trails that are so prolific in our Mesa County area! I would not board anywhere else!

At Great Divide Ranch, our mission is to create a place where faith, family, and the western way of life come together. As a family-owned and operated ranch, we are committed to serving others with integrity, hard work, kindness, and genuine hospitality.

Whether you're boarding your horse, attending an event, or simply spending time on the ranch, our goal is for every person to feel welcomed, valued, and at home. We believe the best communities are built through service, respect, and shared experiences, and we're proud to provide a place where lasting friendships are formed, traditions are honored, and memories are made.

Great Divide Ranch is more than a destination....it's a place where everyone belongs.

Nice, newer outdoor arena. The owner is very friendly and lives on site. JG Ranch & Events Arena is close to Grand Junction and close to I-70.

This was the best experience! I came out to visit and wanted to take my family horse back riding and we have never done this before. I highly recommend JG Ranch. They were so nice and very informational. Helping my children and my family with anything about riding horses. The manager even gave us more time with the horses. My daughters loved every minute of it!! I would go back every time! Thank you for everything! Best experience and so much fun!!
